Rear BURNCO replacement bumper
I have a Burnco replacement rear bumper with double spare wheel carriers....
I bought the vehicle with it, taking it off.... It formed a crack near the tow hook, needs welding and boxing it in to give structure.... Can't believe these guys made such a poor design!

This last pic show the crack...
The crack is "around the tow link"
The 2 vertical red lines is what I mean by boxing it in.... Otherwise the trailer hangs on the lower plate and flexes it up and down... PATHETIC! This is why it cracked...
Its a easy job.... I am building my own one, so need for this one...

I am in Prieska, courier will set you back around R1000 depending where you are, It does need attention, but for a DIY guy a quick fix....

Re: Rear BURNCO replacement bumper
It comes with the lights, but without the tow ball or electrical connectors for the lights, you need to use your own....
Comes without trailer female plug and high amp connector you see....

Hallo Burger
I have only had good experiences with Burnco products. In future, I suggest you give them a call and I'm sure they'll repair it if it is a manufacturing flaw, or maybe you can assist them to improve on their product if it's a design flaw.
IanT, you were too quick for me, send pics!
