Low Sulphur Diesel???

Hello

Bought a 2002 300TDI . Spoke to Arnold of CRD in Alberton. He suggested that I only use low Sulphur Diesel and that I add a small can of 2 stroke oil every second full tank. Apparently the high Sulphur will over time have a negative influence on the engine while the 2 stroke oil will clean the injectors and pump. I looked at the specks and Nissan also suggest the low Sulphur for the Diesel Nissan.
