After reading a lot, talking to guru's like Graham and your responses have I decide to go with OME 50-75mm lift.

Good decision
I think for 75mm you will still need caster correction
I have 50 OME.

So cannot get a smile off my face. Graham from G-Tech did my suspension today, and WOW !!
Installed OME - 70mm lift
Not only is he a Guru, but also is his advise unbelievably excellent - Fenks sooooo much Graham !!

Look good ya.
just a word of avice. 50mm and up, the caster ofset bushes are not enough for a Patrol. I have found most of them to "turn" back, and if not the car attend to the death wobble side.
I slot the bracket on the diff to tip it backwards. Then weld washers on the outside off the bracket to get the hole round again.
If you have 3 degree caster, that is not enough. The wheel aligment guys will differ from me.
Its all about the raidius arm angle. Gman on the forum sell drop boxes tosort the radius arm angle.
