The vibration from the Single Mass flywheel is negligible compared to the normal vibration of the engine. Remember that the DMF and clutch (which IIRC was about R22k ex VAT from Nissan) will need to be replaced together for the rest of your vehicle's life.
The Engineering shop that did mine had the necessary computer program(s) to convert the flywheel and balance it.
