Man ek sal wat wil gee om my wa te swop vir daai een - veral omdat n 2008 model is - maar ai ai ai - daai "price tag" - en dis nog sonder enige ekstras!!! Net die ekstras op my voertuig staan al op R125k - en dis n 2002 3.0 Di - wat dink jy gaan ek kry (met al die ekstras) - niks niks niks!!!!
Ander probleem - myne is GRX - hierdie is slegs n GL - BAIE minder "luxuries" waaraan ons nou al gewoond geraak het. Andersins n lieflike voertuig. Glo hy sal vinnig voete kry na die regte baas toe!!

Well its not at NW Nissan anymore
It's here --- at Miners House
Decided to trade the old one in after I wasnt happy with the performance after the reman motor was installed.
I cant belive how much beter the new one goes even just on the few kms from Roodepoort to Rivonia.
Now for proper tyres, ladder on back, spots, overhead console and dual battery system.
This weekend will pack all the equipment from the old over and then first trip Easter weekend to home in Namibia and will do a good few kms off road around the farm.
Thanks to Theuan and the NW Nissan team for a "smooth" deal.

I would be tempted to add a console on condition that it does not interfere with my fore(head) etc

On pg 18 of SA4x4 March edition there is an advert for an Outback roof console, apparently available at 4x4 Megaworld. Thought I'd have a look at that. It's a bit pricey so would have to be really nice and usefull to justify purchase.
Otherwise my son has a friend who does stuff for motorbikes in carbon fibre and we will design something that works
