HELLA SPOTS or something else?

Hi Everyone, VOORSPOEDIGE 2010 vir jul en jul families

I want to buy spots for my GQ, do not want the expensive IPF's , will the HELLA 700 do a fine job anybody got them or the MAXE they are around R500 - R600 a pair??

Jules, my take on it is that a 130W globe often do a better job than the casing it is installed in. I have daylight in front of me with my 130W globes inside "almost no name brand" casings.

Rather spend some extra money on upgrading your loom wiring. I got those Maxtel 4x4 Off Road X456789 super duper cheap line spots, but blixem, do they shine with good globes and lekker dik drade? I won't spend too much money on spotties, unless you spend 4 months in a year in botswana or namibia and drive in the dark... Save up and get a lekker bumper!! or winch...now that is handy!!

Hi Jules, enige spots sal doen vir n GQ , dit het seker die swakste std ligte van enige 4x4 wat ek nog gehad het.Dit is nog die sealed beam tipe .

Onthou , koop die vlekvrye staal "casings" jy kry dit by Gans Midas Empangeni , en sit GOEIE GEHALTE gloelampe van Europes fabrikate in. Ek se weer , STAINLESS OR NOTHING, spots is altyd eerste wat roes.

... vir wat dit werd is - ek het LOBO (hy is mos ook 'n GQ nog 'n ou Datsun van 1982] se hoofligte vervang met die standaardr GOLF 1 ligte wat by Midas is teen 200 rankjies .. nou het ek 130 lampies daar in. En skilik ry ek inni mirrel vannie nag asof dit inni mirrel vanni dag is.
Saam met dit die Hella 500 [reghoekig - nie rond nie] met ook 130 lampies in.
Ek spandeer BAIE tyd inni bundu en affi paaije af [80% van my kilo's is affie pad af]
Daar is ook Golf I ligte met so 'n blokkies patroon inni lens maar 'n skoon glas - maar hulle smelt met 130 lampies - dis aan te beveel dat jy dan daai OSRAM + 20% lampies gebruik ... gooi glo beter lig as my kombinasie.

Het jy al Botswana se paaie inni nag gery ??? huffel brannewyn het jy nodig gehad om te herstel ???
