Onthou net dis proper orignale skokbrekers :thumbup: en ek gooi n stel 2nd hand std coils saam :biggrin: :biggrin:

Michael, I doubt it might make a slight difference, but probably not much. Combined with revolver shackles, it will make quite a big difference. Anybody who saw Oom Mack's (now WimpoeO's) Boezman in action can attest to that.

I can't take credit for the idea though.

PS. Nie om snaaks te wees nie, maar ek dink regtig dat my 4.2td bakkie(aka platanna - dankie errol :clap: ) ry baie lekkerder as die 4.5petrol....

Dis min dat ons die geleentheid kry om in ander ouens se karre te ry, wat eintlik nogal jammer is.

Ek het gister die geluk gehad om in Dirk se kar te kan ry. Myne het OME skokbrekers en vere van onbekende herkoms (ek kon hulle nog nie identifiseer volgens enige gepubliseerde waardes nie), Dirk s'n het 'n 4" TJM Gold.

Wat vir my opmerklik was is dat myne baie meer sekuur en in-beheer voel op die snelweg, maar dat Dirk s'n baie meer gemaklik is op slegte grondpad. En myne is in die opsig beter as enige ander Patrol warin ek nog gery het...

Die tipe suspension speel definitief 'n groot rol in ry-gemak, maar sonder om rug-teen-rug te toets op dieselfde tipe kar as wat mens wil ry is dit bai moeilik om te weet wat jy gaan kry...
