That second one.... hmmmm..... looks like a GU pickup "bakkie" load bin, on the Safari/Patrol ( GQ shape ) cab. This may be a rebuild. If it is, its a damn nice rebuild. It is DEFINITIVELY NOT a 1999 model. The GU shape took over from the GQ in 1998 !! This may be a wrecked rebuild that was registered again in 1999. This may have come into SA via Zimbabwe/Zambia/Botswana?Namibia as a wreck and rebuilt here. ( Just my theory )
The rolling chassis, now that's a sweet one. The suspension is worth at least a third of the purchase price.... and then there are the 2 diffs !! Pity you will battle to sell the motor.... cause they just don't bloody break !!!

.... One would have to find a GQ (LWB) body and do the cutting and chopping yourself to remove the middle section and then join the front and rear. It would be a sweet project to do... but labour and cost intensive!!
The third is a little lot pricey !!
