Has anyone any knowledge on the Patrol SWB variant

Post by Nino62 »

Spotted a SWB Troll at the V&A last night.... quite a "DISH"...
Were these variants available ever in SA? Are there any owners of SWB's in SA?

AFAIK, never sold in SA.
Thabies's SWB was bought from a diplomat.
They are helluva scarce because you cannot import left hand driving vehicles anymore.
Right handed ones can get imported from Australia.

I very nearly bought a 4.2 GU SWB last year April....nearly until the dealer told me on a Friday I can pay the Monday, but then his partner sold it over that weekend....still upset about missing out on that one

I remember that. The culprit never made himself known on this forum.
