I have to disagree with your 5 tally - the Cape Patrol fraternity has grown nicely over the past 2 years.
I am convinced we should be able to muster at least 10 - 20 Patrols somewhere around CT - maybe on Bloubergstrand with Table mountain in the backdrop?

Hands up from CT those that are willing to "pose" next to their Patrols ...

I sometimes wonder about Nissan... Is the middle east really such a big market that it pays to develop a car like the new Patrol specifically for this market? I doubt they will sell it anywhere else, except perhaps a few in the USA?

Anyway, to get on subject, anybody with a interest in the Patrol will be welcome, no matter what he drives, but the ultimate aim would be to get as many as possible Patrols together, and if possible get it reported by at least Leisure Wheels, SA4x4 and WegRy?

Maybe we can get Leisure wheels at the JHB event and SA4x4 at the Cape event? Gerrie how's with a trip to KZN?
Mag ons ons kenniskry met lekkerkry aanhoukry.

Hi Cape Guys & Girls ... (do we have any girls that own and drive Patrols, other than SWAMBO''s?)

OK, by popular demand, for the Cape people it will be a pose on a dune in Atlantis with Table mountain in the background!

AWESOME!!!

We (I) will coordinate with the upcountry guys and check to see if Nissan will be prepared to come to the party.
I will talk to one of the local big dealers as well when my Patrol goes for a service soon ...

Any other suggestions or assistance is more than welcome!

Watch this space!

I am so in .... can't wait to meet the some of the other Patrol guys and girls, oomies en tannies. Sien julle moontlik by volgende naweek se LA Sport event.

I guess we will effectively also be helping the brand with some advertising if we get many Patrols together. Perhaps we should use this as an opportunity to do some lobbying with Nissan regarding support for the older Patrols in respect of the parts and its prices... die een hand was die ander hand.
