Some more Photos of the process
Had some free time this morning and decided to quickly finish grinding all the welding and the they were sandblasted afterwards for some good adhesion for the powdercoating and also everything gets sealed pre powdercoating for extra precaution

Hey we had some issues to sort out from the last ones we made we are struggling to get the people to bend the door parts because they are extremely sensitive to angles that needs to be bend but early next year we will pick up were we left and start the battle again

Sean, ek weet nie wie jy al probeer het nie of presies hoe krities die akkuraatheid is nie, maar op dunner plaat (3mm en onder) vind ek General Profiling se werk nogal redelik akkuraat. Hulle buig wel soms 'n plaat verkeerde kant om, maar die akkuraatheid is gewoonlik goed.

Ek is geneig om my goed so te ontwerp dat dit soos legkaart-stukke inmekaar pas, wat nogal akkuraatheids-foute uitweis.
Mag ons ons kenniskry met lekkerkry aanhoukry.

Ons het al n hele paar mense gebruik op die oomblik is kare se werk die beste. Die probleem kom in by die rol werk hulle moet eers die deur rol voor hulle hom kan buig en daar is een spesifieke buig op die deur wat baie akuraat moet wees anders pas niks reg nie. En die ander ding is daar is parte wat links en regs gebuig moet word wat almal 90% van die keer verkeerd buig. Ons het als ook op die leg kaart manier gedoen met tabs wat ooral locate om heeltyd presies te kan wees.
