IRON MAIDEN is in my driveway !!!!!!!

Well ..... my dream has come true........ I am the proud owner of a '99 model 4.2l Diesel Turbo. I drove down to Hoiwick early Saturday morning, after only looking at photos of this Patrol. But something felt right..... felt good, unlike the other patrols I looked at.....

So with out further to do, let me introduce you all to ........

I was thinking of a name on the way back to Alberton from Howick. I was playing..... yes many will think I'm nuts.... an old Iron Maiden CD, and it hit me like the compression in this 4.2 ..... this Patrol is solid and heavy like iron, and many refer to there vehicles as "her/she" hence the maiden.... so if nobody has a Patrol called "Iron Maiden"...... then so be the Patrols new name !!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Ricster may she give you hundreds of thousands of kilos, me and a friend also went to have a look at her last year but the owner stuck to his price of R165K did he come down ?

Yes, I stumbled on the post last week Sunday, and noticed no movement on the thread, so took a chance and phoned him. I think I caught him off guard cause, you won't believe it, but he came down conciderably on the price!!!!!, and there is a new NISSAN clutch that was fitted last week Wednesday.

I almost cant believe it, I was so dispondent, cause I couldn't find a decent Patrol anywhere. And it was almost as if this one was hiding in the shadows waiting for me to call !!!!
