He guys , been a while, trust that you are all keeping well.

Small issue . well maybe not so small, seems that i am loosing water somewhere.

1. Nothing is leaking that its dropping on the Ground.
2. All pipes seem to be in good order with no visible signs of water
3. Radiator seems fine with no visible leaks
4. No water leaks in the vehicle , heater ETC
5. When idling there Doesnt seem to be a pressure buildup in the pipes , get very hot no pressure
6. Thermostat seems to be working no issues
7. Fans are all operational
8. Starts fine, Runs Fine , no missing.
9. Expansion tank no leaks

Help I am concerned that I have an expensive problem

Cheers Graeme

Small water leaks can be very hard to find. A leak needs to be pretty significant before you will see water on the ground.

The expensive problem would have one fairly clear symptom: white smoke, especially against compression (ie coasting to a stop in gear, foot off the throttle or doing the same down a hill).

Most likely it is one of the small pipes a welsh plug or one of the radiator/heater matrixes after all.
Look carefully for anti-freeze stains.

I have a pressure test kit connect to radiator cap and pump up ...at least you can see where it sprays out
