Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Lekrom's post on the event got me thinking - what are the last minute bits everyone is trying to get done to their Trol's before Goerapan?

For me it is:
Going to Michael for a service and a little 'magic'
Finish replacing my winch cable
Finish my packing system
Get my fridge repaired
Figure a good system for mounting my sand tracks

Wish list - Vehicle mounted awning, solar controller for 2nd battery, roof rack ladder, some vehicle branding.....

Dude leave the sand ladders ....you wil not need them promise

Jip, also have a list of things to do before Goerapan!

Major service incl gearbox oil change - DONE
Have 4.11 gears installed - DONE
Fit BZT rear bar for towing caravan - DONE
Do some modifications to front bumper - STILL OUTSTANDING -
Fabricate some sort of bunk bed in 3 sleeper caravan for 2 growing children - STARTING THIS WEEKEND
Sort out power supply for caravan and Patrol for off grid camping - IN PLANNING STAGE

Kitchen unit for Patrol and a new awning would be great but might not happen in 3 weeks.
