Re: New shocks needed
Imho you can't get better ride quality than terrain taimer coils . Have tried them all they win hands down every time .
When taking full kit the progressive ones win every time becouse they are wound with wire that go from big to small. So that makes it a comfortable ride when empty and better when packed . When taking the full kit incl shocks coils caster bushes and steering damper you can choose any coil combo for same price around 24k ex vat .
Ask the guys that have fitted it all very happy . Bilstein shocks are also some of the better ones but the local coils don't work . Have tried it and iam over it now terrain taimer coils or nothing .out of all the coils out there they are tops sold 5 sets this month and the guys can't believe the ride quality. They did something right when it comes to spring design

Re: New shocks needed
Thanks everyone for the great info.
So, after a lot of measuring and comparing to info found here on the forum and the Superior Engineering web site I have found that the coils have also started to sag as well.
Thus, after some contemplation , I have made the decision to replace the whole suspension with the Terrain Tamer kit Tinus mentioned above. Ant will be fitting it on Friday.
Thanks Tinus for organizing everything.
