Hi Ingo, my Patrol is a 2007 3l so should fit your 4.8. The bulbar was originally fitted to a 2001 4.5.
It is in excellent condition with no dents, scratches or rust. The front tow bar in the photo is not attached to the bullbar and not for sale.
