Thanks for the warm welcome! Great to find a forum with so much info available!
Having a look at all your rigs has made me even more determined to get one for myself!

WRT to which vehicle, I must be honest and say that I am not too sure at this stage. I am looking to spend around R150 to R170k. Is this a bit low to find a relaible, medium mileage car??
I would be using the vehicle for day to day driving, home to work(round trip of 7 kms) and then Fly fishing trips, and overland trips around SA and it's neighbours. So a bit of everything I suppose.

Please, if you guys have any suggestions or advive for a first time buyer like myself it would be greatly appreciated!!
