Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Hi folks

I've been lusting after a Patrol for some years now, and thus have been lurking here on off for a few years.

I've worked with, and been active with 4x4's for many years, as my job for 23 years was as an ecologist/protected area management. I've owned many 4x4's over the years, but never a Patrol. The time is now right to get one, and I'm hoping that this forum will help me in that regard, and I also hope to make positive contributions to the forum in time to come.

I live in the Struisbaai/Agulhas area (Suiderstrand to be exact), so if ever any of you are close by, give me a shout.

Yeah the time is always right to own a Patrol!!!... there are some for sale on the forum... the guys here will always be eager to help a fellow new Patroller...hahaha

Are you looking at Diesel or Petrol? Old'ish or new'ish ?
My personal favourite is 3,0 Diesel .. special the after 2005 models.
For a "one go all over" search .. download TROVIT Cars on your Androiid device.. Then just ensure it searches South Africa .. type in "Patrol" and it shows you ALL the ads for Patrols on most [if not all] of the advertisers [Gumtree; Cars.co.za, Autotrader etc]
