Patrol values: Something is up

Morning guys,
Just checking out my insurance arrangements and adjusting things. My insurer has sent me the retail value for my 2013 Patrol (in fact the schedule of retail values all the way from 2004 to 2016) and I am amazed to discover that my car is now worth more (in nominal terms, anyway) than what I paid for it new exactly four years ago.
I'm like, "ke???"
