Right...that´s our Patrol. Came a long way across Africa in 2008/2009, from the Czech Republic till here through Tunisia, Libya, Egypt etc. all the way down, just my misses and me, loved the trip, 10 months, 52.000km, yes, done a lot of zigzagging, our car is still here, never left the continent, but had a lot of standing time, which is visible on it. Looks like an old warrior, has never left us, has been reliable and good, has coped well with absolute crap roads, fell into holes, sunk into mud, got hit by a bloody African minibus but still going strong. We got a website as well, http://www.ourwildjourney.com or maybe some of you guys read the SA4x4, I have had a few articles in there, mostly with our T3 Kombi Syncro, which we bought and take people with us on trips.
Will have to downgrade the Patrol again, drawer system out, back bench back in and use it as a support vehicle when doing tours with the syncro. :)
