I fitted new shocks and damper shock to my Patrol about 15 days ago. I also fitted new tie rod ends.
My problem is I can not keep the vechile on the road. At 80 km/h the vechile shakes so that I must reduce speed. I fitted other tyres on the vechile but it is still doing it.
Please help.

Marius, you have the classic "death wobble" that almost all solid front axle vehicles have/get. Now that you have tightened up all the loose and sloppy bits ( tie rod ends and steering damper, shocks ) there is one other bit of tightening up that may need attention. Do a search here and on the internet for kingpin bearings on a Patrol. It is something that you can tackle by yourself if you have some tools, but make sure you do the setup of the bearing preload tension correctly. There is loads of info here on this topic.
On the other hand.... there are not many places that can balance a Mud Terrain or even an All Terrain tyre properly. So first step, check the tyre balance again, possibly at a different tyre shop. If balancing is 100% and problem persists then check the wheel bearings for play and again tighten as per the correct preload tension. Also recheck the tie rod bolts to make sure they are 100% tight. If that's all sorted, then look at the kingpin bearings or shims. You can also take out one shim ( top and bottom on both sides and take it for a test drive, and see if it has resolved the problem. If not, put the shims back. If it does fix the wobble then replace the bearings ( top and bottom ) and put everything back together with the shims.

I agree with what was said above but before you go all out with kingpin bearing shims also check your front panhard rod bushes - I also have 2007 and just replaced mine - they were fairly well worn but more disturbing was the fact the lower panhard mounting nut kept working itself loose with the increased movement - no matter the amount of tightening. If that falls off I can only image the excitement.

I agree with boats:
Step 1: Check front panhard rod bushes.
Step 2: Check that everything else is tight.
Step 3: Check the drag link's ball joints.
Step 4: Take it to a different wheel balancing shop and check the wheel's balance.
Step 5: Check the swivel hub bearing preloads.
