diesel leakage in bethlehem

Hello now from bethlehem
Here now a longer text.
Last year i went to bosch diesel electric in bethlehem to check my injectors. They did the job, spoiled 2 injectors, i got second hand other ones, but they had a problem with fitting them correct. There was allways a leakage. After 2 days it was ok, but the head was broken arround the injectors. Completely spoiled. They tightened the injectors to hard. Of course they said, that the cracks were there before. (Ha ha, i drove the last 10000km with a broken head, but no chance of dicussion) So i had to buy a new head , second hand, and a lot of work. 14000 rand. They had the car for more than 4 month, then they gave it to another garage here, ferreira, for some other works. When i came to SA 10 days ago, only a few things were fixed. Ferreira sent a long list of parts, what they would need, but in fact most of these parts in the car where ok and they did not change them, strange. Now they are working since 10 day on the diesel pipes between pump and injectors. 2 injectors were leaking again, diesel electric tried to fix them again and now they spoiled the leakage pipe. It was repaired on a strange way by melting metal on the surface, because one of the bosch mechanics grinded the surface to much , bahhhh. But they can not fix it. Allway a big leakage of diesel. From the beginning ferreira said, that it is a problem of the washers between the leakage pipe and the injectors. They are allways working on these washers. They say, that they do not have the right size, they are not available in SA. But that is not true. I asked nissan in germany, the washers in germany are 100% the same size. They ordered new ones from somewere. Arrive next week. So i am shure, that it will not work. I found a diesel spezialist in meyerton who told me, that it is not possible, that the problem depends on the washers. There are only 2 places, where the diesel could come from.

Now i need someone like an traveling diesel specialist, who is comming to bethlehem to support us. The car can not drive and i have no chance to tow the car 250 km to meyerton. The repair costs now more then my income in 2 month, bethlehem is nice town, but in fact i wanted to see your country and not only a garage. In 2,5 weeks we fly back and i do not see, that we can start our safari within the next weeks.

Frank

Hi chris, thanks!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow morning we will check the hints from the guy in meyerton (h&i diesel injector service). I hope, that we will have success. Unfortunately the customer has nearly no access to the garage  i like to work on my own car.

OK cool, lets first see if anyone can help from that side and tow you in this direction - I will not have time to go all the way there and back...

Frank - I see no other responses - so obviously no one on the Forum in that area that can assist.
I am still prepared to assist you, and if you can get your vehicle to a town called Villiers on the N3 highway I will tow you from there to Meyerton.
If we do this, it will have to be late afternoon as I have a day job. You will have to arrange with Meyerton that somone can receive the vehicle after hours.
As your engine is not running ie no power sterring or brakes, we will need some kind of tow bar - I do not have one..
If you manage to find someone in Bethlehem that can assist please call me 0825054135
Good Luck

It is a long shot, but Andre Odendaal is a Patrol owner and farmer in the Bethlehem area.
(I cannot find him as a forum member. If he is a member, he has not been on it for quite a while)

He had a Lexus cocversion done the same time as I had mine in 2011.
He is a good friend fo J G Shields, who used to be a regular on this forum (until he got an LC).
I can get his number from Shields tonight. Would prefer to call after working hours though
