Hi guys!

Thanks for having me here on the forum...

I have a confession to make.

I have only in the last few weeks become a real Patrol fan, I have always been a Cruiser guy, its just a family thing, Dad, boet, etc. etc. all have or had Cruisers.

So that has just always been my dream trok...till now... hehehe

So... I need a new vehicle, & I finnally get the green light from the "minister of home affairs" (the wife).

The hunt begins... & I've been looking for a few months for a cruiser that is ''the ONE'' I am patient & very picky.

I happend to go see a Cruiser & on the floor parked next to it was a 4800 GRX, but I had not noticed it yet.

I did all my usual inspections & then it came time to crawl in & check under her skirt...
All fine she's in good shape, but then I noticed an even more interesting undercarriage to the left of me, so I slid over & took a sneaky peak. MMM Iliked what I saw.

Well the rest is history I guess, I went onto 4x4Community & started my research, then onto few international sites & eventually found Peter Connan sent him a PM then called him & here I am.

I am now searching for a 4800 Beast of my own!

I hope this is the start of a new adventure...

Regards

JP

Went through the same exercise a couple of months ago. Was looking for a Prado/cruiser but luckily I saw the light and bought a very nice patrol
