Year end function?????

Any news on this, as acording to the year planner it is less than a month away, but it seems no one knows if it is still on and people are starting to make other plans?
Also with the Nissan 4x4 site down these poor okes are looking at us for answers

At least let us have a DATE then ? 23 November still the day ?
LUV to see tha old DATSUNS sss & 1200 GX and 240Z and so on again ?

We could not get a place to use on the 16th so we could only get one for the 23 of November - will let you know what we are going to do on the day.
