I am looking for a Patrol but the one I wanted to check now has an engine issue and is being looked over.
I am still hoping to be able to have a look at that specific car but maybe I will have to check for alternatives.

I know, it's a stupid question. But how much does your car consume if you are just driving, without towing, trailer or similar?

That might help me evaluating wether that engine is an option for me...

As far as I can see the 4.8 would be the best and most reliable option.
It is just the possible fuel economy (or what is left thereof) which is scaring me....

'Fuel economy' and 'Patrol' are words very seldom heard in the same sentence.

Maybe: Patrols are disregarding the pursuit to fuel economy.
