Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Hi Folks,

Any ideas where I can buy aluminium tread plate / diamond plate sheets in Jo Burg / West Rand area?

I had a few pieces from Cape Town days which have now been put to use and need a few more sections to complete some mods to my bush trailer; have added tread plate on top side boxes, and in front of jerry can holders, need to fit more plate to inside of back tail gate as cooking area.

Thanks - am familiar with Chamberlains in that area, will also try Alertsteel in Randfontein.

In joburg you can tray metal Center, you will probably buy other stuff there as well. Not always that cheap but have most stainless, alu, steel plate in various thickness, bright bar etc

They have a huge variety of interesting stuff there!

There is a place in Sebenza, (Edenvale) called Aluminium Trading. A friend of mine bought all his aluminium tube and sheeting there for his canopy. This was about a year and a half ago and they were the cheapest. The address is 120-128 Terrace Rd. Sebenza. Tel 011 457 7200
