GEROTEK

Having picked up some experience and after our recent small but quite successful and very enjoyable
outing to SANDWANI I am considering setting up a two day outing to Gerotek which is Armscor's (and to some extent the 'DoD's) Vehicle test terrain. This is a world class test terrain for vehicles, highly sought after, expensive, oft fully booked and is used by Fererri, BWW, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Nissan, et al. It is a highly sought after facility and has a worldwide appeal. The facilities are excellent!!!!!.
This outing would problably include an overnight camp and two days of a vaiety of 4x4 trails
right up to the imppossible
plus some professional instruction and a compulsory guide.
The idea is to find a suitable date in Jun/Jul/Aug this year and to invite the Nissan 4x4 Club, some Military and Armscor 4x4 enthusiasts.
This would make it possible for me to arrange a special fee and possibly some interesting rides in special vehicles.
It will cost quite a bit more than Sandwani though, hence the early warning, but you can believe me if I say this one will be very good and exciting and has the potetial to be big, and could include an article in a 4x4 or travel magazine (to be set up).
I do however need a show of hands as to who would be interested. If there is sufficient interest I will commence arrangements, but this one will most probably require a forefeitable deposit up front to secure a booking. The numbers that can be accommodated may be limited. So please let me know quickly. Lets have a show of hands!!!! If I get a good show I will set it up.
Tell me what you want and I will negotiate as this falls in my domain and list of contacts.
I am planning to meet with Gerotek within the next 10 days.
