That depends entirely on how heavy you load your vehicle.

The harder the load rating, the less the suspension sags when you load it, but the bumpier and less comfortable the ride is when loaded less than maximum.

Pieter,

I have had both OME and TJM on my Troll. I opted for the medium on the front and HD on the rear, as I have a considerable weight, with drawer system, fridge etc permanently fitted. I now have TJM fitted and although they are extreme travel set up I am very happy.

Pieter,

Another option is to fit air suspension into the rear coils. This helps enormously with he sag and stability when towing. You can then opt for the 200 kg front and rear, so when you are not towing or loaded you still have a comfortable ride. When you hook up the caravan, you inflate the bellows on the air spring system. Lift the rear of the vehicle and gives you added stability.
