The Dessoude team did compete with the Patrol in the standard class. Sponsored by Gauloises and Stehpan Peterhansal at the driving seat and they did win they're class comfortably. I think the class was known as the P1 class.

I'm pretty sure somebody had a class win later with the 4.8 Y61 as well?
