Today I start making my own bumper and rocksliders!

G-man, making my own front bumper is somthing I've been giving serious thought to.

How did you start, do you have a design, or do you make it up as you go along? Are you doing all the fabrication yourself? What material are you using?

Make a cup of coffee, sit down draw some pictures... and more! Start cutting some hardboard up, tape it together and then some changes. If im happy i start cutting up some metal plate! Some welding,grinding,bending and some 'hammer' work, then off to the coaters and Bob's your aunty. Almost that easy

Oh yes! Side bars allmost finished,will take some pics and post it soon.
