G-man, making my own front bumper is somthing I've been giving serious thought to.

How did you start, do you have a design, or do you make it up as you go along? Are you doing all the fabrication yourself? What material are you using?

Make a cup of coffee, sit down draw some pictures... and more! :think: Start cutting some hardboard up, tape it together and then some changes. :doh: If im happy :biggrin: i start cutting up some metal plate! Some welding,grinding,bending and some 'hammer' work, then off to the coaters and Bob's your aunty. :blonde: Almost that easy :tease: :thumbup:
