Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

When shopping around for my Patrol at the beginning of the year I made extensive use of autotrader.co.za and was frequently dissapointed by the relatively low number of Patrols on offer.

Anyhow persistence paid off and I got what I wanted after a while .... was googling Patrol stuff recently and found this website ... was really suprised to see that they have "plenty" of Patrols listed ... hell it makes me feel like shopping all over again!

Ja there are some good deals out there at moment if compared to other big wagon 4x4's; a number of Nissan dealers are adverstising new GRXs at R650k then offering big discounts on this. Likewise a number of dealers also have 2011 GRXs with no more than 200 km on clock going for R550k ... while others have 2010 low mileage used versions for R500K.

Great value when compared to D4s, LC 200s etc

Nissan put 12 x 4.8's "out of the box" on a special at R 550 000 - apparently due to a new model coming out soon and some excess stock. I think it was a heck of a bargain (all of them snapped up) considering the new Cruiser goes for something in the region of R 920 000.
