Throttle Body Needed

Hi guys,
Some unfortunate fire started in the engine compartment because of an enclosure pipe that came loose and fell onto the engine. Electrical wires burned and a whole through the throttle body sensor. Apparently the complete body needs replacement.
Anyone that maybe have a spare 2003 Y61 4.8 throttle body? If there's any information about a different solution, that'll also be super helpful, thanks!

A quick check shows that the Hitachi 16119-VC21 was used in various Nissan Patrols. The suffix (A to D) was just for internal reasons, the TB stayed the same from 1997-2007 as far as I can see.
Also sold as the Hitachi Pierburg RMB7002(A-D).
So basically a 70mm throttle body with mechanical cable activation and a resistor based throttle position sensor.
Prices are hectic. I suggest you talk to Tinus Lotz or similar. Maybe Jap Auto has some?

Zak, you should also contact David Volschenk who has a Patrol/Safari scrapyard.
His phone reception is dodgy, send him a WhatsApp @ Oh ate three - four double nine - 1588.
BCX greetings...

Thanks Jakes, that's some really helpful info. Will have a look if I can find something like that.
Christo! Not everyday I connect with BCX guys on here, hope all good! Did contact David and he has one for R10k. In that case I'd rather go for PartSouq with R12k new body.

I use to work for BCX many moons ago... left IT for a retail opportunity in 2005...sometimes wonder how it would have ended up for me if I stayed in IT...

IT isn't what it was 20 years ago. It's a cut-throat industry now with very little honour and loyalty.
