Cedric, maybe, just maybe, I will spend some real money and drive the petrol powered Trol down to Cape Town in December.
If we do that, we will be staying at Onrus, which I believe is not too far from the much talked about Honingklip trail. The farm also includes a boutique beer brewery and good cuisine.
Apocalypse from 4x4 Community wrote an article about it in the immediatley prior edition of Leisure Wheels.
We may be able to join up with the Cape based forum members. Just to check if they really exist!

Stefan,
Dalk moet ons bymekaar kom vir 'n bier by Honingklip voor die Valies dit vir ons reuneer!
Guys they have really nice beer there, had SWAMO and my folks there! Will join you okes if the little one does not decide to make an unannounced appearance and put a stick in the wheels! My parents stay off the track in Kleinmond so a nice day out for us, might even bring the old man and his 1-Tonner 4x4.

To many maniacs at Atlantis that time of the year, Honingkilp is much more scenic and might be a nice GTG with the family, not play all the time.

Very off topic, but got to love that acronym:
SWAMO = She who always must obey!
