Irfaan, check this thread out before spending a lot of money on changing the whole viscous clutch:

It shows you in great detail (it's even got photos so blokes like me can understand too!) how to recondition your current viscous clutch, down to the price & parts number for the two tubes of *cough*Toyota*cough silicone oil. It'll set you back only a fraction of the price of a complete new clutch unit...
PS: The photos show the fan bolted onto the wrong side of the viscous, make sure you put it back on in the front!
