Dink julle nie daar behoort sekere vergunnings te wees vir almal in die "over 40 club" nie,

Ons oe gee mos al in, so ons moet voor sit as daar mooi dames is.
Die Laatjies moet vuur maak en braai, en ons sal sit en hulle vertel hoekom hulle dit verkeerd doen.
Die Laatjies moet seker maak ons is nie dors by die braai nie, n man se mond word mos droog van al die oorlog stories vertel.

Net so paar voorstelle vir oorweeging deur die klub komitee

Dit is ons moet hulle werk gee om te doen soos toe ons in die Army was bande pomp ,bier aandra en vleis braai en ons noem hulle RO ,WE

Good evening everybody

The event has been announced officially and we can get our own arrangements off the ground. We plan to enter one(1) team of ten(10) vehicles (driver and co-driver) as well as to man an obstacle on the day. The idea is to give as many Club Members that have not take part in an event like this the opportunity to do so - the seasoned members will be around on the day. We also need as many supporters as possible on the day as well!

Included in this email you will find:
• Invitation and full details of the event (including the dates for obstacle setup);
• Flyer for advertising purposes;
• Team entry form;
• Indemnity Form;
• Amended fun day rules (in line with requests after the event in 2012);
• Booking form for camping;
Co-ordinators for this event will be:
• Driving team:
o George Brittnell - 082 455 9713 - 4x4@vodamail.co.za;
• Obstacle team:
o Kobus Pienaar - 082 923 5682 - kobuspienaar@flysaa.com;
Requirements:

1. We require ten(10) driving teams (driver and co-driver) as well as two(2) teams as backup. Driver teams need to:
• Complete the attached Entry Form and return the completed form to George by Close of Business Thursday 2013-07-18;
• Complete the attached Indemnity Form (driver and co) and return to George by Close of Business Thursday 2013-07-18;
• Please do not:
o register online or
o pay any entry fee (we are negotiating with Nissan);

2. We require one(1) obstacle team consisting of five(5) people. Members interested in assisting need to:
• Contact Kobus Pienaar and register with him;

3. People interested in camping:
• Complete the attached Camping Form;
• Pay the applicable moneys;
• Send Camping Form to funday@aawdc.org.za;

The following members indicated on the Patrol Forum that they are interested in taking part - the majority of these gentlemen are seasoned campaigners and will step down in favor of new members:
