If it is in miles an hour, it has to be a British import, like mine was. Somebody who lived there for 10 years to work, came bact to SA and brought it back with him. It was a 4.2i SGX, i.e. Injected with 3 speed auto box with overdrive

To solve the issue from miles to KMs, I bought a speedo cluster from Dawid Volschenk.

This GQ is a Euro import with MPH odometer and rear difflock. The VIN number also checks out as on original factory TD42

MPH will imply an AMERICA import. But the right Hand Drive rejects that. That "Europe" tag on the VIN indicates that the specifications met Euro standards [not necessary out of Europe] Maybe Ireland ?
One would love to ask the old irl herself .. but Patrols dont talk .. or do they ?
