Dirk, there is a reason why the patrol has almost 500 k km on it and still going strong. Keep it the way it the it is and you will not need to spend (geld het om te brand) money. Not many patrols on the forum have done what yours has done. A simple difference that we do not take into consideration is the elevation of JHB. Any where is AUS you are at sea level but here we are almost 1500 m above.
