Would be great to have a compact spanner for the hubs.
Something that could fit in the centre console or the cubby...
Something like a modified tube/plug spanner with a "T-bar" grip???

I cannot remember who, but someone had a small hub spanner on the Baboons trip. There is so little effort needed you don't need much of a lever to turn it.

Not quite as compact as I'd like, I would like something more like the stud spanner you got for your rugby boots?? pics below.
But obviously something strong enough to do the job.

Peter, a size 21 socket is perfect for the job, so if you work on those dimentions or a size 21 on a cross wheel spanner.
