I eventually got a number for coenraad at Rasper - I pm'd Rob.

There is still no answer on the number that Chris gave me so. I am going to try and meet later with Kobus to start measuring and starting to make a bumper....

I posted earlier that I would be interested in the model to be adapted for my Y61.
I would be doing the adaptations.
Would this still be an option?

Sorry i am a bit confused i am going to build the bumper for a Y61 patrol as i drive a 2002 patrol,which should be a Y61. maybe i am wrong but isn't Y61 made from 1997 till 2013 years and your Y60 is 1987 till 1997 and then Y62 is 2010 till present?

There was a facelift done in 2004 if I'm correct..... not sure if the Patrol got an ass lift too.....

I know the rear lights changed on the face lift models, but bumper fitting.... can't say for sure

I have fitted bumpers to both and the Y61 4.8 up to 2004-5 with small rear lights are different to the 2005 facelift

The problem is that the Y61 designation covers everything from '98 to current production.

The Rasper bumper will fit perfectly on the Y61 mk1 (the 4.5 petrol and 4.2 diesel Patrols), 2 (the early 3l Diesels) and 3 (the early 4.8 petrols), but may not fit perfectly on the mk4 (which is the facelift model, irrespective of engine). On these cars, the bumper is a bit longer, and I am not sure if the bumper will fit...
