Re: Fender Flares

With the Forum 10 year party this weekend it was time to make time to get the Patrol in a presentable condition. Old flares were removed in January already and drove around without any for about 3 months. Thanks to forum I had to make time for fitment.
Old flares on the Patrol with the passenger rear door already missing parts and the right rear was also about to fall of!
After the removal I had to get all the dust and sand out and then cleaned with some car polish before fitment commenced.
The fitment of the two front flares is really easy and doesn't need much skill to get done right. The same goes for the two rear pieces above the rear wheels.
But them the two pieces on the rear door is where some skill, cutting and fitting is needed to get it to fit nicely. Each of those had to be fitted marked, taken off, cut, sanded and refitted. It came out very nicely and I am super happy to have all flares back on the Patrol ready for Forum 10 year birthday.
