Thanks for the photos, Alex. Got a bit of a fright when I saw the weather reports. Had flashbacks to my Sani trip last year where I honestly thought I was going to die...

We went through to the start of Baboons hoping that the whether will clear up, which it did. if it had rained on the day we started, we would not have gone up.
In winter there is snow, and in summer there is rain. We went in between and got a bit of both, but this is the time to go to avoid the worst of the elements on either side.
