Thanks everyone for all your help.

I'll probably have some more questions in future.

P.S. That Groot Trek trip coming up in August looks epic, I wish I already had been organised with purchase a few months earlier. Hopefully it is a yearly thing.

Cedric, he says his got 140 litres plus 40 = 180
Standard would be 95 + 40, right?

The standard is 95l main tank + 40l sub-tank!

I got the 135l long range tank and the 40l sub-tank.

Just want to give everyone a big thanks for the advice on the Patrol ... she is nearly mine ("ours" if the missus asks  ), just waiting for Bosch to do the inspection which is a requirement from MFC then all done bar the paper work. Went to see Graham and Vanessa yesterday and Graham was happy with the vehicle and thought it was in good nick and that I should buy it quickly. Big thanks to Graham and Vanessa.

I must say I feel like a Meneer driving it.

We're busy planning a trip to Kgalagadi early Jan. Left it a bit late but we weren't sure we were going to have a vehicle at that point. Apologies, but I'm not done asking for a bit of advice, hope you all don't mind. I'll be continuing this post in the trips section.

Regards,

Stjepan
