Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Cedric - thanks for the "een-twee" jokes. Quite a flash-back to my childhood. Being called "Ian" and growing up in an Afrikaans town made your joke a fairly common one back then....
Mini Patrol, the trol in Brits would not have been me. I live in Brits, but did not yet have the Patrol on boxing day. I only collected it from the Cape last week. There is, however, another Patrol similar to mine in the area I've seen on the odd occasion.
I'll get a couple of photographs of the winch-plate setup when I have the time (back at work and on project) and will post them here when I have a chance.
