Thanks Tinus, could you please send me a PM with your e-mail address? For some reason I seem not to be able to send you a PM.

Generally, anyone got any views on the pros and cons of the Gtech vs the Iron Man?

Hi Clem
G-TEC is like a g-string... sexy, tight fitting and custom made to what the customer wants.
Ironman is off the shelf, more like a boxer (onderbroek), big, winch compatible, hoops up top, allrounder and works for most guys.

cheers
G

Hi Guys,

Just my 2cents worth. If you have a ladder frame chassy you can have high lift jack points bolted onto the chassy. You can even DIY this if you have a strong enough drill. You must then just cut 2holes big enough for the points to fit through, in your OE bumper. I have had this done before on my shorty Pajero. It work well. I had it done at safari centre.

This is the route I'm going for the rear once I get there in my progress of kitting Os. For the front I'll be putting a Maniac bumper.

Josh, you are quite correct.

But that doesn't do anything for the Y61's propensity for ripping it's back bumper of in mud puddles...
