Just remember that the GU has a different rear bumper than our GQ's. Mounting points are the same but the corner sections are different.

By the way this is for a GU patrol, from 1998 to around the 2004 model. I'm not sure if the newer shape after 2004 was that different that these will not fit. I think it was only slight changes like the light cluster on the front that changed and back tail lights.... maybe someone can confirm this??
Regards

I know there are significant differences between the standard bumpers, especially the rear, but I also know that the chassis are the same.
I don't know whether the bumpers will fit, but I reckon it's worth a try?

I sold my ARB front bumper on my 2004 model to Dawid that fitted it on his 2005 (post face lift car).
There was significant work required to make it fit - i.e. cutting the inside of the bumper to make it fit to the 2005+ body.
Ben did a good job though - according to Dawid - but it was'nt plain sailing.

I didn't know there was such a difference between the 2004 and 2005 models.

If you call 4x4 Megaworld you can either order the pre- or post-facelift bull barr for the Patrol.
They can't tell you how big the difference is, but they can tell you that it is a different order and that they are not cross-compatable.

Is daar enige fotos van die Patrol met die 'bumper wat warm geword het' op?

Stefan,
Bedoel jy voor die brand, tydens die brand of na die brand?
