It seems as though that (spare parts?) site uses the terms GR I and GR II as synonyms for Y60 and Y61. By the way, GR I and GR II is not official Nissan speak as far as I know, both the Y60 and Y61 being referred to by Nissan simply as the GR (Grand Raid) in some markets.

The Nissan electronic parts catalogues, seem to indicate that the European market only got the following engines in the Y61:
