Herrie, I just read an old thread on 4x4community where some of the guys were complaining about the Nudge-M bullbar's mountings being flimsy and deflecting a lot when using a high-lift jack in the provided lifting points. What is your view on this?

Six months in C.T and a nudge-m starts rusting! Have a list of unhappy customers with rust issues.

The older NudgeM BBs were prone to this, but I thought the problem had been solved.

G-Man, contact Kenny (Kenny Paulsen - on the Community Forum) for a decent powder-coating job, he is the CT guru on this.

The mounting seems to be very strong - will test it with the Hi-Lift jack and let you know.

I will not go for the powder coating - if it chips or get cracks it will rust! I prefer paint.
