I'm going to throw a spanner in the works here.

In an aftermarket rear 140 litre tank there are going to be baffle plates inside the tank to prevent fuel sloshing around when accelerating or braking or turning from side to side. This sloshing around of fuel can be a bit irritating, especially if you are going to have it as a sub tank and you have, say a half tank left of fuel banging around in there. The plastic makes sense, as it is rugged and flexible enough, but if only they could have baffles in.... then it would be perfect !!!

just my 2 cents worth

I don't think it will be a problem that will give major hassles
What normally happens with the sloshing in the tank is when it is half full
When your main tank is empty you pump the sub tank empty into main tank
So no problem.............or have I got it wrong?
