check my "Feully" avatar at the bottom of my post. This includes everything from town driving to highway and corrected for all factors.
It may still change as I'm a few fill-ups behind. I hope it will bet better once I get the car back from Rob Green...

Sias, is that a 4.8 or 4.5? Your signature doesn't say

My stats are for a diesel, so it doesn't help you 4.5 & 4.8 blokes much! My best of 12.2 l/100km equates to 8.2 kilos/liter - got it between fills on the way to Mozambique. I guess if I remove the roof rack, bull bar, awning, spot lights, suspension lift, 33" tyres, etc. and then drive it like my granny I may just reach the 10 l/100km barrier! But without all the goodies it won't be much of a Patrol, would it? :rolling:

Jammer manne! Those figures are for the 6.0 V8!
The 4.8 gave me an average of 5.48km/l or 18.24l/100km over 50 000km.
With the V8 I get around 5.8km/l on highways and 4.8km/l in town. After the Greens are done with it, I hope it will bet better.

I have 265/75 R16 AT's on my trollie.
No roof rack.
A fair amount of stop start to work.
As I said - absolutely NO mods on car.
To "Dude": Best I ever got cruising at 130km/h to Fraserburg was 21.10 L/100km. There is something going on with your trollie and a few others that is just better.

RE death wobble
Have tried all of Russell's 6 very insightful remedies over the last 1.5 years,
Had the car at 3 Nissan dealerships here in the Cape.
Paid for wheel balancing, replaced panhard bushes. bought new tyres etc
Took the car to Tiger Wheel & Tyre Menlyn - they claimed to have helped many trollie owners. This visit did definitely help but not fix entirely.
Discussed the issue with the LA Sport Dude who pimped their promo Patrol - he said he had worked on many trollies that he simply could never get right . . . . so that is why i live with my 90-110km/h wobble. . . the only thing in life I've given up on. . . . . and fuel consumption :rolling: :banghead: .

Groete.
